Gina Lacaria15 days agoJennifer Schellenberg recently sold my mother's home in Bridgeport. We contacted her because she previously sold property for my husband's family and was able to procure more for the property than we expected. There were issues with that property that my husband had worked hard to fix and when it was not corrected properly, she actually found someone else for him that could correct the problem. She works really hard for her clients and goes above and beyond. My mother is elderly and we had to move her fairly quickly. Jennifer made sure that everything was done properly from a distance since I don't live in the area. She kept in contact with me regularly to let me know when there were any concerns or if something needed done. A buyer was found quickly. There were a couple of issues with the house that we were not aware of when we listed it and Jennifer again went out of her way to contact the right people and help us get the documentation we needed to remedy the situation. From the start he acted like a dad in our first time home buying experience. WV real estate was pretty tough for me and my wife finding something within our budget, but once we got working with Anna at Homefinders Plus she helped us through the process amd we closed on our "forever" home a few days ago. I say all this because we had bewn looking for almost a year, lost on many properties, and listing agents would commonly never call back when leaving messages, or say they want to work with us, but again, never heard from again...that wasnt an issue with Homefinders Plus.Posted on Google

Johnnie Rominger1093 days agoOver a year ago my wife and I decided to start looking for a new home so that we could move my mother-in-law in with us. My father-in-law had passed recently, and it just made sense since she was now having to care for a large home all on her own. We had our checklist, and I will admit, it wasn't an easy list to deal with. Trying to find the exact home we wanted in the area we wanted would be tough and we knew that. However, Fran Pollick at Homefinders was very patient with us and despite the numerous homes we wound up not liking, she persevered and continued to keep us updated with new homes as they came on the market (and she even got us into some homes BEFORE they came on the open market). I'm extremely happy to say that we finally found the perfect home in our price range, in the perfect location (central to both of our businesses), and with the additional room for us to build for more garage space and a mother-in-law suite.
